XPO Logistics named among top 10 graduate employers in 2025 sector rankings

XPO Logistics has been named the 7th most desirable employer in the Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain sector in the Cibyl Sector Rankings 2025.

XPO Logistics has secured 7th place in the 2025 Cibyl Sector Rankings for Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain, highlighting its appeal to graduates and undergraduates seeking inclusive and values-driven workplaces.

The ranking places XPO among the top employers in the UK and Ireland for early career talent in the sector.

The results are based on responses from more than 60,500 students across over 160 universities, who were surveyed on what they look for in a prospective employer.

Equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) featured prominently among the key criteria for students interested in working for XPO Logistics. ED&I ranked 7th out of 18 priorities, with 24% of respondents listing it as one of the most important personal values when choosing a career.

The data also shows growing concern about the role of social background in career opportunities. Nearly half (47%) of all respondents believe their career prospects are shaped by social factors, rising to 55% among students from low socio-economic backgrounds, 52% among Asian respondents, and 53% among those with a mental health condition.

XPO Logistics says its workplace culture focuses on employee wellbeing and inclusivity, with particular emphasis on neurodiversity and support systems across its UK and Ireland operations.
