Acorn by Synergie secures five-year contract extension with Vale

UK recruitment company Acorn by Synergie has agreed a new five-year contract with Vale, following 10 years of working together. 

The deal will see Acorn by Synergie continue to supply staff for Vale’s operations in South Wales, where the company has over 120 years of production history.

The partnership has filled 95 contract positions to date, with 24 of those moving to permanent jobs. 

Acorn by Synergie reported a 95% fulfilment rate for Vale roles and 96% candidate satisfaction in 2024.
