Wellcrowd and VivaScore have formed a partnership to offer a more joined-up approach to workplace wellbeing.

The link-up will connect Wellcrowd’s mood tracking and mental health tools with VivaScore’s biometric data platform, aiming to give a broader view of employee health.

Employers and insurers will be able to spot health risks earlier, covering physical, mental and behavioural areas.

The joint service is designed to support earlier action, better decisions and more connected teams at work.

Both companies plan to keep working together on new features to improve data accuracy and make it easier for employers to step in early.

Caroline Sidell, founder of Wellcrowd, said: “I am thrilled to announce this strategic partnership with VivaScore, which directly supports our mission to create safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces.

“Together, we are unlocking a new era of personalised, data-informed support for organisations and their people.

“This integration brings behavioural science, health data, and real-time insights into a single, actionable solution.”

Simon Spurr, managing director at VivaScore, said: “By fusing VivaScore’s biometric intelligence with Wellcrowd’s behavioural and mental health insights, we are enabling a genuinely unified approach to workforce health.

“This collaboration delivers more than metrics – it creates the foundation for earlier action, smarter decisions, and healthier, more connected teams.”
