Persimmon Charitable Foundation has opened applications today, 9th June, for two £50,000 grants to help charities get young people into work.

The funding is aimed at charities that support 14 to 25-year-olds, especially those in areas facing economic and social challenges.

The focus is on helping young people with employability, education, and training.

Anthony Vigor, chair of the Persimmon Charitable Foundation, said: “For the second funding round, we are focusing on projects that support employability among 14 to 25-year-olds to attract applications from charities whose objectives align with our own.

“The successful applicants will be working with young people to support them in their education, or into training or work.”
