Org Group acquires Venturi to boost global digital talent offering

Org Group has acquired Manchester-based technology recruitment firm Venturi, expanding its presence in the UK, Germany and the US and strengthening its capabilities in the digital talent space.

Org Group, a multinational professional services provider, has acquired Manchester-headquartered technology recruitment firm Venturi, in a move that expands its global footprint across the UK, Germany and the US and reinforces its position in the fast-growing digital talent sector.

Venturi will now operate within the Org Group structure, which includes Morgan McKinley, Abtran and Org Advisory. The acquisition is designed to complement Org Advisory’s focus on organisational design, workforce enablement and digital transformation services.

Venturi is a well-established specialist recruiter in areas including data and analytics, software engineering, ERP and CRM, with offices in Manchester, New York and Düsseldorf. The company’s founder Brad Lamb, along with the leadership team and staff, will remain in place to lead the next phase of the firm’s growth within Org Group.
