Walmsley Wilkinson embraces AI to boost human-centric executive recruitment
Taryn Wilkinson said: “We’re on an AI learning curve and we are very open to the future possibilities of how AI can further enhance our business.”
Walmsley Wilkinson Executive and Management Recruitment has embraced artificial intelligence (AI) to support its recruitment services.
Taryn Wilkinson, co-founder at Walmsley Wilkinson, said: “We’ve seen both extremes. But for us, it’s not about choosing sides. It’s about making technology work with our values not against them.
“Nothing can replace the judgment, empathy, and trust we’ve built over years of relationships.
“But with AI, we can streamline our processes and deliver even more value.”
Wilkinson added: “The real opportunity isn’t to replace what we do, it’s to reimagine how we do it.
“AI helps us cut through the noise so we can focus more deeply on what matters most: people, relationships, and long-term success.
“We’re on an AI learning curve and are just scratching the surface, but we are very open to the future possibilities of how artificial intelligence can further enhance our business.”
The firm said AI was being used for market mapping, competitor insights and handling admin such as scheduling and drafting communications, but all key decisions and conversations remained human-led.
