Used car finance provider ALPHERA Financial Services – and parent company BMW Group Financial Services – has won three awards at the 2025 Car Finance Awards held in Manchester.
ALPHERA was awarded Best Company to Work for in Car Finance, and Best Independent Lender (Non-Bank Owned).
The company was commended on its guidance and support initiatives, provided for both customers and partners.
This came after ALPHERA received an 8.5 out of 10 rating for staff engagement, in a survey conducted by Workday.
Alex Royall, director of ALPHERA Financial Services, said: “In a highly competitive landscape, ALPHERA’s dealer and broker partners can rest assured that we are offering the backing they need, while motorists benefit from proactive lending practices.”
BMW Group Financial Services won the Company Award for Diversity and Inclusion, for the fourth time since 2021, recognising the company’s range of welfare schemes, and commitment to inclusive practices.
The firm has also previously achieved a Disability Confident accreditation, as well as silver Talent, Inclusion and Diversity (TIDE) award.
BMW Group Financial Services offers a series of ‘Connect Clubs’ for employees, which bring people with shared experiences together.
Three clubs have been launched already: Culture & Ethnicity, Working Parents, and Retiring Soon; with Bereavement, and Caring for Relatives set to debut later this year.
Mike Dennett, CEO of BMW Group Financial Services, said: “These awards are deserved recognition for the time and effort our teams invest into the business.
“Our focus remains firmly set on continuous improvement to offer the very best vehicle finance packages to our customers and partners.”
