Saturn Visual Solutions has won the ‘Breakthrough Culture Award’ which recognises the most loved, breakthrough companies to work for in the UK.

They have also been named one of ‘The UK’s Most Loved Companies To Work For’.

The awards assessed over 5,000 UK-based companies, recognising workplaces that prioritise employee well-being and value.

Saturn was chosen based on their employee initiatives and analysis of employee sentiments.

Chris Welsh, CEO at Saturn Visual Solutions, said: “We never set out to have a workplace culture that wins awards.

“We just believe we have a moral obligation to provide the best working environments we can, to ensure that all our staff – and by extension their families – have the most productive, fulfilled and enjoyable life they can whilst at Saturn.

“But we’re incredibly proud to have gone up against so many other companies in such a rigorous selection process and been picked out as the best.”
