HR Path has announced a strategic merger with Eaton Square, a UK and Ireland-based consulting firm specialising in people, technology and business transformation. The move strengthens HR Path’s consulting and technology offering across the region and adds new partnerships with providers such as Dayforce, UKG, Workday, Access Group, HiBob, Sage and Microsoft.

Founded in 2012, Eaton Square has built a reputation for delivering strategic alignment between people, process and technology, with a focus on helping organisations manage transformation and digital change. The company brings expertise in organisational design, talent management and technology implementation.

François Boulet, CEO at HR Path, said: “The inclusion of Eaton Square is an exciting step for HR Path, as it enhances our ability to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to our clients. Their expertise in Dayforce, Access, HiBob, Sage & Microsoft as well people and business consulting perfectly complements our existing portfolio, allowing us to continue driving innovation and excellence in HR transformation.”

HR Path, which now operates in 28 countries and employs over 2,200 people, offers advisory, implementation and managed services in HR technology and transformation. The Eaton Square merger follows HR Path’s recent acquisitions of IntSys in Northern Ireland (January 2025) and Three Plus Consulting in the UK (March 2024), both Workday specialists.

The deal further consolidates HR Path’s position in the UK and Ireland and broadens its reach across both HR systems and strategic consulting services.
