Digital Workforce Services Plc has launched agentacademy.ai, an online learning platform designed to meet the growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) literacy and expertise in enterprise AI agents.
The platform provides training for professionals to develop practical skills in implementing AI agents in business.
agentacademy.ai offers a structured curriculum tailored to different roles.
It includes a free introductory course on agentic AI for foundational knowledge, a programme for AI business analysts focusing on identifying opportunities, managing projects, and maintaining AI solutions, and an advanced AI developer course for building and deploying AI agents, which will launch later this year.
The courses are online and self-paced to accommodate professionals, and certifications are available for participants to demonstrate their expertise.
AI agents were identified as a key technology trend for 2025 by Gartner, generating significant interest across industries.
While they offer potential, their effective use requires specific skills, knowledge of proven technologies, and an understanding of their limitations.
AI agents are not yet fully autonomous and require human oversight in areas such as goal setting, planning, design, data management, execution oversight, and training.
A World Economic Forum report found that 77% of surveyed employers plan to implement reskilling and upskilling strategies to integrate AI into their workforce by 2030.
Digital Workforce Services aims to support this transition through agentacademy.ai, which is now live with its first courses available.
Antti Karjalainen, CTO at Digital Workforce said: “AI agents are reshaping the future of work, but successful adoption requires more than technology – it demands skilled professionals who understand how to manage change and how to implement and scale these solutions effectively.
“Our mission is to increase enterprise AI literacy and provide organisations with the tools and knowledge to navigate this transformation confidently.”
