The campaign, called You’re Not Just Anyone, highlights the work of frontline teams supporting more than 4,000 people across the UK.

Christian Woolley, regional director for Berkshire at Care UK, said: “I’m incredibly proud of what our homes have achieved, and I look forward to seeing this initiative grow across more of our regions in the future.”

The support, which is also backed by STAR Procurement, NHS Professionals, and AfterAthena law firm, includes six online sessions and access to one to one support.

The Agreement is expected to come into force in 2028 to help with recruitment and retention, and to support better recognition for care staff.

The awarding body said these will create more ways into the workforce at a time when recruitment is under pressure.
