Amazon UK and ABB among 100 organisations named as 2026 Top Employers in the UK

Lidl GB, ScottishPower, Bentley Motors, Mitie, Primark and McLaren Racing were among the 100 organisations named as 2025 Top Employers in the UK.

Amazon UK Services, Whitbread and ABB UK were among the organisations named as 2026 Top Employers in the UK. 

Nearly 2,500 organisations across 131 countries and regions received certification from Top Employers Institute, recognising their approach to people practices at country, regional, global and enterprise levels.

100 organisations in the UK were certified, covering sectors including manufacturing, retail, engineering, pharmaceuticals and logistics. 

The 100 certified organisations in the UK included: Amazon UK Services, Whitbread, ADM, Anglo American, BAT UK, Ingredion UK, BrewDog, East Midlands Railway, Infosys, BSH Home Appliances, CHEP UK, pladis UK, Molson Coors Beverage Company, Philip Morris, Chiesi, DHL eCommerce UK, Lidl GB, Beko Europe UK, CAF, BD, Fresenius Kabi United Kingdom, Bostik, INDITEX, EDP Renewables UK, Vodafone, Stellantis Financial Services UK, Merz Aesthetics UK, NTTDATA Business Solutions UK, ScottishPower, Boehringer Ingelheim, Verisure, Dana United Kingdom, Weightmans, STADA UK, Rhenus Logistics, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Tata Consultancy Services, Refeyn, Egis UK, Schindler UK and Ireland, Puma UK, Mondelēz International, WPP Media, Lidl Northern Ireland, Pure Gym UK, Eli Lilly & Company UK, STMicroelectronics United Kingdom, Alcon Eyecare UK and IVC Evidensia UK. 

Alexion UK AstraZeneca Rare Disease, PMI, Amadeus IT Services UK, Sulzer, Bentley Motors, Berkley Care, IG Group, Capital.com, DHL Cross-Border Solutions UK, Saint-Gobain, Meliá Hotels International, Equiniti, thyssenkrupp Materials UK, Apollo Tyres UK Holdings, Securitas Security Services UK, Red Carnation Hotels UK, Salutem Care & Education, Ageas UK, NHS Professionals, Equans UK, RHP Group, NFU Mutual, ABB, Virtusa UK, Pfizer UK and Tronox were also certified.
