Thrive has launched its Winter Release at Thrive Live in London, unveiling updates to its artificial intelligence (AI) learning platform for enterprise organisations.

The release combines learning, communication, performance, skills, mentoring and workflow tools in one platform.

The Thrive Hub brings together systems, apps, files and workflows in a single interface.

Rachel McGowan, head of learning and development at VIVO Defence Services, said: “It’s so user-friendly, and having everything in one place will increase productivity massively.

“It’s the kind of employee experience our teams have just been waiting for.”

The AI assistant Kiki can now search across a company’s systems, including Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box, giving users quick and secure answers.

Cassie Gasson, co-chief executive officer at Thrive, said: “Why should learning, work and apps live apart when they can all start together? Our Winter Release cements Thrive as the unified platform for learning, knowledge, apps and human connection.

“We’re giving organisations one platform to find answers, build skills, connect people and get work done – all powered by AI that’s producing very real results for our customers.”

Thrive mentoring uses AI to match mentors and mentees based on skills, goals, seniority, interests and programme criteria.

Features include calendar integration, goal tracking, programme visibility and reporting.

Rachel Sellers, learning and development manager at Burger King, said: “What I really like is how mentoring brings structure, goals and real outcomes into the learning culture.

“Sharing resources, tracking progress, it all adds to that community feel.

“Everything in Thrive’s Winter Release builds toward a stronger learning culture, and mentoring is a big part of that.”

Thrive mentoring programmes offer ready-to-go mentoring packs, including conversation prompts, session resources, agendas and question cards.

Thrive Mentoring is being used by companies including LVMH, Clyde & Co, Mazars, EY, Scottish Water and Reed.

Thrive Spaces allow for customisable layouts, content blocks, multimedia and AI support, creating a community-focused platform.

Aiste King, people development manager at Reiss, said: “For us, this is huge. As a global brand, we’ve needed this level of connectivity for a long time. It lets people connect who might never normally interact, all within a space tailored to them.

“Honestly, it’s goodbye WhatsApp, hello Spaces. I already have seven different ways I can see this benefiting our business. I cannot wait.”

New features also cater for deskless teams in retail, hospitality and frontline environments.

Assessments provide a way for managers to observe, score and track practical competence securely.

The Thrive App has offline support for mobile and frontline workers, allowing content and assessments to be accessed without WiFi.

Angela Toghill, director of learning & development at Yopa Property, said: “Our learners hate switching from screen to screen and platform to platform, and so do I.

“Having everything under one beautiful Thrive roof is exactly what everyone needs.”
