Equiom and Ledgy partner to expand global equity plan services

Equiom Group has invested in Ledgy, a digital platform for managing equity and share plans, as part of its strategy to expand its employee retirement and reward services. 

The move adds to Equiom’s offering and brings new technology into its current global portfolio. 

The integration of Ledgy lets Equiom’s teams support clients with complex share plans and gives employees access to manage their equity through one platform.
