Marvin OnumonuCompass Group UK & Ireland has launched Ignite Your Potential, a talent programme aimed at developing high-potential managers.
The 15-month scheme, delivered with Ioda, began on 17th November at Xcelerate with Edgbaston and will run across four waves.
Sixty managers from across the business joined the first cohort, backed by senior leaders including Sophie Smith, chief people officer; Michelle Sanders, chief growth officer; and Charlie Brown, executive director – strategic accounts.
On completion, participants will gain a CMI Level 5 Diploma, Chartered Manager Status and a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Leadership & Management.
Ignite Your Potential is part of Compass’ Signature Programmes and supports its ‘Our Social Promise’ to develop talent and create opportunities for all.
