The programme is aimed at young people in schools aged 14 to 18, letting them learn about careers at Compass and across hospitality, foodservice and support services.
The 15-month scheme, delivered with Ioda, began on 17th November at Xcelerate with Edgbaston and will run across four waves.
Building on this, Compass has launched ‘Mission to a million: Forward Together’, aiming to support a million people by 2030.
