Rygor Group is rewarding employees with exclusive opportunities to attend events at Wembley Stadium from the company’s private box.
The initiative, designed to celebrate hard work and dedication, gives team members the chance to enjoy live entertainment with hospitality and premium views.
Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, director of people and culture, Rygor Group, said: “At Rygor, we believe it’s important to recognise the incredible contribution our people make.
“Experiences like this are a way of saying thank you, while also creating moments that bring our teams closer together. Wembley is such an iconic venue, and we’re delighted to share this with our employees.”
The Wembley box programme builds on Rygor’s values of Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful, with 2025 events already recognising multiple employees.
In August, all 2024 Group Award winners attended a Coldplay concert at the venue.
Neil Cook, service manager and Manager of the Year award winner, said: “It was a once in a lifetime experience. I really enjoyed what was a spectacular show as well as the amazing hospitality provided. Memories made that will stay with me forever.”
Earlier this year, Rygor launched its new employee intranet, an interactive platform that allows colleagues across 17 UK sites to share recognition and connect.
Neelam Akhlaq, service advisor at Nuneaton, said: “It’s great that there are more ways for people to share their views and be part of the conversation. It gives a real sense of community and reflects the positive, people-focused culture we have at Rygor.”
Based on Hub recognitions, employees have already received tickets to concerts including Lana Del Rey, Linkin Park and BLACKPINK.
Alex Turner, customer service manager, said: “Having only been with the business since April, it was humbling for my wife and I to be invited to see Lana Del Rey and receive such VIP treatment. A great evening spent with great people. Thank you, Rygor.”
