Clear Group has appointed Barbara Duffy as group chief people and performance officer, starting on 8th September 2025.
Duffy joins with over 20 years’ experience in senior human resources and organisational strategy roles.
Most recently, she was global chief people officer (CPO) at IG Group, where she led the people, sustainability and communications functions.
Before IG Group, Duffy held senior positions at St. James’s Place Wealth Management, RWE Group, Nationwide Building Society and Centrica plc.
In her new job, Duffy will lead people and organisational development strategy at Clear Group, focusing on attracting, developing and retaining staff to meet the group’s performance targets and growth plans.
Victoria Gallimore, who previously led both the chief of staff and people and culture teams, will now take on a broader group chief of staff role.
She will continue to work closely with the group chief executive and executive leadership team to drive strategic projects and support operational alignment across the group.
