Jessica BirdInsights, a global provider of workplace learning and development solutions, has launched the Insights Discovery application programming interface (API), enabling organisations to embed its personality profiling tools directly into their own platforms.
The API aims to support self-awareness, improve communication, and deliver personalised employee and customer experiences.
The Insights Discovery model, based on four colour preferences rooted in psychology, has been used by over ten million people globally over the past 32 years.
The API will allow HR teams and business leaders to integrate personality data into their existing systems to support employee development and team dynamics.
