With more than 600 employees across the site, Chester Zoo will utilise ‘everyday’ by elementsuite to automate people processes, moving away from spreadsheets and manual tasks.
With everyday, Chester Zoo’s employees will be able to clock in and out with ease through their mobile devices, as well as validate hours on a daily basis, ensuring clean and accurate data before the pay run.
The system will support Chester Zoo’s complex scheduling requirements with the flexibility to easily manage staff across all its varied operational areas.
Managers will be able to automate rota building processes and employees with be able to swap shifts and pick up available shifts directly from their mobile devices, which will help increase overall productivity across the organisation.
