Lime Health has launched WoW Elite, an invitation-only group of 25 senior leaders from the employee benefits and workforce health sector.

The group aims to bring people together for honest discussion and to find practical solutions to workplace health issues in the UK.

WoW Elite has already held two sessions this year, with meetings set to continue in 2025.

Members include representatives from Howden, WTW, Mercer, Aon, Ink Group and others.

Recent research from Lime Health found a sharp rise in UK workers hiding their illnesses at work, with pleasanteeism increasing to 69% in 2025, up from 51% in 2021.

Shaun Williams, CEO and founder of Lime Health, said: “WoW Elite brings together a rare mix of innovators and seasoned leaders, people with the insight and influence to help move workforce health forward.

“We’re proud to support the forum and to help create the conditions for open, honest discussion and meaningful progress.”

Steve Hope, employee benefits director at Adler Fairways, said: “This initiative should help to foster collaboration with the end goal being more open and honest dialogue within the industry, leading to real innovation and solutions for UK employers.

“We’re looking forward to delivering tangible change.”
