UKG has been named the number one software provider for tech workers by Computerworld and received six separate Best Place to Work honours from Forbes.
The company, which provides an AI-driven platform for HR, pay and workforce management, was recognised with seven workplace awards in total, spanning global, national and sector-specific rankings. UKG was also named a Top 10 global employer by Computerworld.
Beth Conway, chief people officer at UKG, said the recognition reflects the organisation’s focus on people and culture.
She added: “The strongest organisations are built when employees are empowered to do their best work, feel connected to one another, and are supported by benefits that reflect their varying needs.
“That commitment to people drives resilience, innovation, and sustainable growth on a global scale.
“Specifically, being named one of the world’s best tech employers by both Computerworld and Forbes validates our dedication to creating an inspiring employee experience — not only for our own people, but also for the tens of millions of employees our solutions impact every day.”
In Computerworld’s 2026 Best Places to Work in IT rankings, UKG placed seventh overall and was the highest-ranked software provider for tech workers in the Large Organisation category.
The company also featured in the top 10 across several sub-categories, including fourth for workplace culture, seventh for benefits and compensation, and seventh for retention and engagement.
UKG also featured prominently across multiple Forbes lists, including World’s Best Employers, America’s Best Employers for Tech Workers, America’s Best Employers for Company Culture and America’s Dream Employers. Additional recognition included Forbes’ Best Employers for Women and Best Employers by State for Massachusetts.
UKG said the awards reflect its ongoing investment in employee wellbeing, professional development and inclusive workplace practices.
