Dr Anita Banerjee (pictured), a medical doctor with more than 20 years’ NHS experience and a dual-accredited life coach, has launched The Lifestyle Executive, an online platform aimed at high-achieving professionals, executives and busy parents.

The site offers a clinical, evidence-based framework to help users manage chronic stress and prevent burnout.

The platform focuses on the six pillars of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, connection and healthy habits.

Services include one-to-one executive coaching and a burnout prevention programme.

Clients work through structured support and coaching tools designed to unlock potential.

The Lifestyle Executive also offers corporate wellness talks and tailored coaching for teams.

Banerjee brings experience as a senior practitioner accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and as a mother of three.

Banerjee said: “Burnout is an occupational phenomenon rooted in chronic, unmanaged stress.

“I know first-hand the pressures executives face.

“By integrating my expertise as a medical doctor with certified coaching and the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, we don’t just teach coping mechanisms; we build sustainable, deep-rooted resilience to help clients truly thrive, not just survive.”
