Fulham Football Club has announced an extension of its partnership with HiBob, naming the HR technology company as the Club’s Official Sleeve Partner and a Principal Partner, as the relationship deepens its focus on people, performance and workplace culture.
Following a year of integrating HiBob’s human capital management (HCM) platform across Fulham FC, Fulham Pier and the Fulham FC Foundation, the expanded partnership reflects the Club’s growing emphasis on workforce development and operational excellence.
HiBob now underpins Fulham’s people strategy, supporting staff across all departments and contract types, on and off the pitch.
The partnership is now visible during matches, with HiBob branding appearing on Fulham’s third kit and on the sleeve of the Club’s Women’s first team, reinforcing a shared commitment to equality and inclusion across the organisation.
HiBob’s platform plays a central role in managing the complex employment needs of a football club operating around the clock.
By centralising HR processes, improving internal communication and providing real-time workforce data, the system supports Fulham’s People team in managing performance, engagement and staff development across the Club.
Jon Don-Carolis, commercial director at Fulham FC, said: “Family and community are at the heart of Fulham’s DNA, and HiBob’s people-first approach aligns perfectly with our values.
“Extending our partnership and welcoming HiBob as a Principal Partner is a natural next step in our shared journey, enabling us to continue building high-performing teams at every layer of the Club.”
Sophie Chesters, chief marketing officer at HiBob, said: “We’re proud to be celebrating one year as Fulham FC’s HCM partner, a relationship built on shared values and a genuine belief in putting people first.
“During this time, the partnership has grown stronger, rooted in the idea that connected teams and strong communities drive success both on and off the pitch.”
