Broadstone has appointed Damien Burke (pictured) as its new head of regulatory practice, strengthening the consultancy’s ambitions to expand further into the banking and finance sector.
Announced today, he brings more than 25 years of banking and lending experience, spanning credit risk analytics, compliance and regulatory responsiveness.
Burke also brings deep technical expertise in IFRS 9, Basel capital calculations and senior management functions SMF 1 and SMF 3, alongside a background in governance, internal controls and policy development.
Burke previously served as partner and head of regulatory practice at 4most from 2015 to 2021, before becoming chief executive officer at Custom Credit, a position he held until May this year.
