Diversity advocate winners were named at the 2025 Inclusive Awards, organised by Inclusive Companies and sponsored by TalkTalk.

The ceremony took place at the Hurlingham Club in London and brought together organisations and individuals from sectors including technology, engineering, utilities, charities and recruitment.

Journalist and TV presenter Louise Minchin hosted the evening.

Minchin said: “It was an honour hosting the Inclusive Awards and meeting those incredible individuals and organisations who have stood by their DEI values to improve the working environments and lives for their colleagues.

“This event reminds us of the power of equity in our workplaces and communities.”

All award submissions were assessed by an independent judging panel including Professor Sue Black and Tunji Akintokun.

The panel focused on evidence of lasting impact from nominees who had dedicated themselves to advancing diversity, inclusion, equality and equity.

Paul Sesay, CEO of Inclusive Companies, said: “Meaningful change requires ongoing dedication.

“There is still important work ahead and the remarkable efforts of this year’s finalists remind us what is possible.

“By celebrating their impact and elevating their voices, I hope the Inclusive Awards will motivate even more organisations to push boundaries, challenge norms and champion inclusion in ways that create lasting transformation.”

The winners on the night included Katy Hall from NES Fircroft for Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Be What You See for Consultancy of the Year, Nimbus Disability for D&I Tech Initiative, Matchtech for Inclusive Culture Initiative, Bmet BAME Network for Outstanding Diversity Network, National Grid for Social Mobility Project, YHA People & EDI Team for Diversity Team of the Year, and Gary Harrold from SPS UK and Ireland for Chief Executive of the Year.

Dr Vanessa Vallely, founder and CEO of We Are The City, received the Lifetime Achiever Award.
