Ferrari marked the end of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli UK season at Silverstone with a graduation ceremony for six apprentices completing the Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship programme. The graduates will now take up full-time roles across the brand’s UK dealer network.
The apprentices recognised were Andrew Warman, light vehicle technician at Carrs Ferrari Exeter; Bryce Baines, light vehicle technician at Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham; Daniel Reynolds, light vehicle technician at Dick Lovett Ferrari Swindon; Oscar Butt, light vehicle technician at Meridien Modena Ferrari; Oliver English, customer service specialist (parts advisor) at Stratstone Ferrari Manchester; and Sam Marlow, customer service specialist (service advisor) at Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham.
The Ferrari North Europe programme offers pathways into roles including light vehicle technician, service advisor and parts advisor. Apprentices are employed full-time at official dealerships and receive on-the-job training from Ferrari master technicians, supported by additional classroom and practical training at the company’s technical training centre in Berkshire.
Graduates who complete the course are offered permanent positions within the dealer network. The scheme has become the main route into careers at Ferrari, with many former apprentices going on to roles such as workshop manager, service manager and sales executive.
Applications for the September 2026 intake are now open via local Ferrari dealers and online at www.ferrariapprenticeship.co.uk.
