Solvd Together picked up three industry awards in one week, including Gold in the People Impact category at the 2025 Consultancy Awards.

The award, run by the Consultancy Growth Network, recognised Solvd Together’s work with Lloyd’s Register on the ‘Propel Experience’, a development programme that reached over 2,000 staff in 20 countries.

The firm also won two prizes at the British Training Awards, including Awareness Campaign of the Year and L&D Provider of the Year for companies with fewer than 20 employees.

The British Training Awards, organised by New Possible, focus on impactful learning projects in the UK.

The Awareness Campaign award was for Solvd Together’s work with Unilever, delivering the “Cards Against Cyber Crime” initiative on cybersecurity.

Finalists were selected by a panel of industry judges.

Charlie Kneen, managing director at Solvd Together, said: “Winning across such diverse award bodies in one week is a testament not just to our creativity, but to the real impact we strive to deliver for clients.

“The way we work is as crucial as the work we do, and by adapting a human-centred design approach to L&D, we deliver a measurable impact, and not just help people pass tests.

“Winning these awards is a team effort made up from all my colleagues at Solvd, and those clients who put their faith in us.”
