Marvin OnumonuRise AV has launched the ‘Elevate Programme’, a six-week scheme aimed at women in management roles, those managing teams, and those looking to move into senior leadership in the audiovisual (AV) sector.
The programme will run from late October to early December 2025.
It combines virtual and in-person sessions, and has been designed to work around work commitments.
Participants will tackle real-world business challenges and receive mentorship from experienced AV leaders.
Applications close on 31st July 2025.
