Automobili Lamborghini has been named the most attractive employer in Italy’s automotive sector, topping the Randstad Employer Brand 2025 rankings following a survey of more than 6,400 companies.
The accolade reflects the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based company’s reputation for providing a workplace culture centred on employee wellbeing, inclusion and work-life balance.
Based on one of the world’s most extensive independent employer brand surveys, the award highlights Lamborghini’s commitment to values increasingly prioritised in the modern labour market – including sustainability, flexibility, diversity and personal development.
Conducted across 34 countries and involving 171,000 participants worldwide, the Randstad survey captured the views of more than 7,500 people in Italy alone.
Respondents ranked companies based on factors such as working atmosphere, financial health, salary, and commitment to inclusion — all areas where Lamborghini scored highly.
Umberto Tossini, chief people, culture and organisation officer at Automobili Lamborghini, said: “It is truly an honour to receive this recognition.
“It rewards the daily efforts we make to create an environment in which colleagues can express their full potential.
“The Randstad Employer Brand encourages us to do even more to ensure a workplace where people’s happiness comes first.”
The award followed a landmark moment for the company, which recently completed the transition to a fully hybrid super sports car range.
At the heart of Lamborghini’s people strategy is its ‘Feelosophy’ programme, which supports employee development through a structured focus on Body, Mind and Purpose.
Initiatives range from support for physical and mental health to education, community engagement and collective goal-setting.
The company also promotes smart working, flexible arrangements and a culture of trust designed to enhance both personal well-being and business performance.
