HiBob has launched a new human resources (HR) platform aimed at UK firms with 50 to 200 employees.
The bundles, designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), focus on payroll and talent management, following feedback and market research.
The platform is available in three versions: payroll starter, talent starter, or a combination of the two.
The aim is to give companies a clear choice without hidden costs or extras.
HiBob said the offer was built around what SMBs actually need, rather than pushing “build-your-own” or “all-in-one” systems that can be confusing or overcomplicated.
The bundles are stripped back versions of HiBob’s enterprise tools and are designed so businesses can buy and scale as needed.
Ronni Zehavi, CEO and co-founder at HiBob, said: “We’ve seen too many small businesses struggle with systems that look simple but turn out not to be.
“We wanted to deliver something truly useful grounded in customer realities.”
