Lemongrass has won the ‘Sunday Times Best Places to Work’ award for 2025 for the second time, and was named best small company in the marketing and advertising category.
The Oxfordshire-based B Corp travel PR agency reported a 98% employee engagement rate, nearly four times the industry average of 25%.
Other scores included 97% in wellbeing, 0% flight risk, 98% confidence in management, 97% reward and recognition, 98% in information sharing, 100% empowerment, 98% instilling pride, and 98% job satisfaction.
The nationwide survey recognises the UK’s top workplaces based on reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
This year, the survey also highlighted best places to work in seven sectors, including marketing and advertising.

“Our people are the soul of this agency, and this award reflects their passion, resilience and shared commitment to making our workplace not only productive, but inspiring.”
Peternek McCartney added: “A positive and supportive environment enables us to deliver even better, more innovative work for our clients.”

“This recognition reinforces that we’re on the right path, and we’re more motivated than ever to keep building a workplace where people truly thrive.”
Zoe Thomas, editor of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, said: “The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is the UK’s biggest survey of employee engagement, compiled in partnership with workplace expert WorkL.
“Spanning a raft of sectors and located throughout the UK, the organisations in this year’s list range from innovative start-ups with a handful of employees to big multinational corporations staffed by thousands.
“These organisations know that happy employees are the superpower helping them thrive.”
