moneyappi, a new financial wellbeing platform, has launched to support employees’ in managing their finances.

The platform integrates artificial intelligence (AI), gamification, and behavioural science to empower employees to improve their financial literacy, reduce stress, and enhance their mental health and overall wellbeing.

Recent studies show that 91% of employees said they experience financial anxiety, which directly impacts their mental health, productivity and workplace performance.

Furthermore, financial stress costs UK businesses £10.3bn a year in lost workdays alone.

moneyappi aims to offer a solution that educates and engages employees personally, guiding them toward actionable financial goals that have a real impact on their daily lives.

Ray Law (pictured), co-founder of moneyappi, said: “We’ve created something entirely new. Our platform is inspired by the success of apps like Duolingo, where users are encouraged to engage through interactive content, earning rewards as they progress.

“But instead of learning a language, users are learning how to manage and make the most of their finances.

“The result is a more financially confident workforceand a healthier, more productive business environment.”

With its proprietary AI-powered assistant, Buddi, and an Octalysis-based gamification framework, moneyappi motivates employees to complete daily habits that incrementally improve their financial health.

Law added: “Financial wellbeing and mental health support is no longer a luxury; it’s a necessity for forward-thinking organisations.

“The technology we’ve built, combined with insights from behavioural science, enables us to provide a solution that is both scalable and deeply impactful.

“This is about giving employees the tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and perform at their best.”
