Bleckmann to take over Superdry’s UK logistics operations at Burton site

Bleckmann will take control of Superdry’s logistics operations at its Burton-on-Trent facility from 1st July, with 170 employees transferring under existing terms.

Bleckmann is set to assume full control of the logistics operations for Superdry at its ‘The Duke’ site in Burton on Trent from 1st July 2025.

As part of the transition, around 170 employees will transfer to Bleckmann under their current terms and conditions. The company confirmed that no redundancies are planned.

Reinardt van Oel, chief operations officer Belgium and UK at Bleckmann, said: “On the European mainland Superdry has been a client since 2007 and we are proud that we also will do their logistics in the United Kingdom.”

Julian Dunkerton, founder and chief executive at Superdry, added: “I am delighted that Bleckmann has now become our global logistics provider. This is a partnership that goes from strength to strength.”
