Vertu Toyota Doncaster technician wins Inspiring Automotive Women Award

Jessica Montgomery, a master technician at Vertu Toyota Doncaster, has been named a 2025 Inspiring Automotive Women Award Winner by the Automotive 30% Club.

The award recognises her career-long contributions to the sector and her status as a relatable role model for other women considering a career in the automotive industry. Montgomery began her career as an apprentice and has progressed to become a high-performing master technician, earning praise for both her technical expertise and her influence in promoting diversity.

The Automotive 30% Club was founded in 2016 by Julia Muir and is a network of more than 70 CEOs and managing directors committed to creating gender-balanced leadership teams. Its annual awards celebrate women in the sector who are seen as drivers of change and progress.
