Staci, a multichannel fulfilment specialist, has launched a degree apprenticeship scheme to address the decline in young people entering the logistics industry.

The scheme represents an investment of over £100,000 in degree-level training and aims to develop the skills needed to sustain the sector’s future.

The programme will combine practical experience with comprehensive training to prepare participants for roles in supply chain management.

Staci believes this initiative is vital to maintaining high operational standards while attracting young talent to the logistics field.

Amanda Harvey, HR director at Staci, said: “We are thrilled to launch this apprenticeship scheme. Our goal is to provide young people with valuable opportunities in the logistics field, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

“This initiative reflects our commitment to both their personal development and the future of the logistics industry.”
