Kleek Apprenticeships opens new hair academy in Camden

Specialist hair and beauty training provider Kleek Apprenticeships has opened a new hair academy in Camden, marking its sixth location and enhancing its presence across the South-East.

Kleek Apprenticeships, a leading name in hair and beauty training, has launched a new hair academy in Camden, London. Located at 1a Harmood Street, the new centre will offer outstanding hairdressing and barbering training, aiming to develop the next generation of professionals in the industry.

As the organisation celebrates 25 years of delivering excellence, the new academy is set to welcome around 100 apprentices eager to begin their journey. Since its inception, Kleek Apprenticeships has trained over 8,000 apprentices, helping them gain practical experience and develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced Kleek educators and employer salons.

Tina Ockerby, managing director of Kleek Apprenticeships, commented: “Kleek Apprenticeships has created an amazing space that fulfils the needs of both new talent and businesses across Camden and Greater London as a whole. The London Academy alongside our Colchester and Maidstone Academies reinforces our impressive country-wide growth and significantly enhances our presence across the South-East.”

The Camden academy joins Kleek’s existing centres in Colchester, Darlington, Maidstone, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Stockton-on-Tees. Supporting over 800 learners annually and partnering with more than 500 salons and spas, Kleek offers a variety of apprenticeship training programmes aimed at upskilling the UK’s hair and beauty workforce.
