The move will see Grays operate under the newly rebranded Adjacency Executive Search, with Simon Bell, owner of Grays and an acclaimed industry veteran, appointed as managing partner.
Since its founding in 2013, Adjacency has built a team of industry-specialist consultants, gaining a strong reputation for delivering high-quality management talent solutions in sectors such as finance, sales and marketing, and human resources. The merger brings together two firms with a successful history of working across the UK and internationally, including placements in Europe, Scandinavia, South America, and the USA.
