AACSB International’s annual Deans Conference will bring together more than 700 business school leaders from across the globe at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa from 3–5 February. The event will focus on how AI, digitalisation, and geopolitical changes are reshaping industries, societies, and higher education.

The conference will open with a fireside chat featuring Lily Bi, AACSB President and CEO, and Sherif Kamel, Chair of the AACSB Board of Directors. Bi described the event as “a call to action for business schools to lead boldly in a world defined by disruption,” stressing the importance of education evolving to prepare leaders capable of navigating uncertainty and fostering innovation.

Keynote speakers include Ethan Mollick, professor of entrepreneurship at The Wharton School, who specialises in AI’s effects on work and education, and James Rhee, Johnson Chair of Entrepreneurship at Howard University, renowned for his human-centred approach to transformational leadership. Both speakers will share insights into future-focused education and leadership strategies.

The conference will also feature discussions on disruptive technologies, global power dynamics, the societal contributions of businesses, and emerging trends in the workplace. AACSB’s Deans Mentorship Programme will provide opportunities for experienced deans to guide and support their peers.
