365 finance, an SME funder, has launched its latest #SheLeads campaign on 7th October to support gender equality across UK businesses.

Hannah Hunt (pictured), digital marketing manager at 365 finance, was the driving force behind the campaign.

Earlier this month Hunt won ‘Advocate of the Year’ at the Women in Credit Awards in recognition of her dedication to promoting a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem that unlocks the full potential of women-led, high-growth enterprises.

This year’s #SheLeads initiative drew inspiration from the Women-Led High-Growth Enterprise Taskforce report and the comprehensive Gender Index Report 2024.

#SheLeads showcases the journeys of female business owners who are breaking barriers and setting new standards in their industries.

Currently, women-led high-growth businesses make up only 18% of all high-growth enterprises.

According to 365 finance data, the percentage of female business owners applying for revenue-based finance was at its highest for this year so far, in the month of May, at 26%.

365 finance’s #SheLeads campaign aligns with the Government’s goal to increase female entrepreneurship by half by 2030.

Hunt said: “I am deeply honoured to receive the Advocate of the Year award.

“#SheLeads is a campaign that is incredibly close to my heart, it is a movement to celebrate and uplift remarkable women entrepreneurs across the UK.

“Sharing the stories of these trailblazing founders and championing gender equality in business is a passion I am privileged to dedicate myself to.

“I look forward to continuing this vital work alongside our inspirational community of female leaders.”
