PIB Employee Benefits, part of PIB Group, has acquired YouatWork, a leader in benefits technology. This move is aimed at enhancing PIB Employee Benefits’ growth strategy and its commitment to offering innovative benefits solutions.

Jo Neary, head of consulting at PIB Employee Benefits, said: “We plan to continually invest in our benefits technology to provide a best-in-class service to our clients and benefits partners. The acquisition allows PIB Employee Benefits to expand its product offerings, reinforcing its position in the employee benefits space. Jo Neary will lead the combined technology team to ensure a seamless transition for clients, employees, and stakeholders, with no immediate changes planned during the integration.
