Ryan FowlerLodders has appointed Grace Walton as its new people and culture director, aiming to enhance the firm’s strategic and operational HR function. Walton, who has a robust background in human resources and legal sector expertise, joins Lodders after roles at law firms including Wiggin, Browne Jacobson, and others since 2017.
In her new role, Walton will be responsible for leading the delivery of the firm’s strategic and operational HR functions, focusing on people initiatives, talent management, and the expansion of the HR team.
