Lodders has appointed Grace Walton as its new people and culture director, aiming to enhance the firm’s strategic and operational HR function. Walton, who has a robust background in human resources and legal sector expertise, joins Lodders after roles at law firms including Wiggin, Browne Jacobson, and others since 2017.

In her new role, Walton will be responsible for leading the delivery of the firm’s strategic and operational HR functions, focusing on people initiatives, talent management, and the expansion of the HR team.

Paul Mourton, managing partner at Lodders, commented on the appointment: “With a strong background and in-depth understanding of the legal sector, Grace is a proven candidate, who will help drive the next stage of Lodders’ development and growth.
