Ministry of Justice considers legal changes to encourage organisational apologies

The Ministry of Justice, alongside Lord Bellamy KC, has initiated a consultation aimed at updating legal frameworks to facilitate apologies from organisations to individuals they've wronged, particularly spotlighting child sexual abuse cases.
