Personal Group has formed a new partnership with DocHQ to strengthen access to affordable healthcare for employees.
The collaboration brings together two organisations with a shared focus on improving employee wellbeing, reducing barriers to care and supporting employers to build healthier, more resilient workforces.
It also reinforces Personal Group’s emphasis on simple, accessible workplace benefits and DocHQ’s development of digitally enabled health services.
As part of the partnership, employers will be able to benefit from DocHQ’s remote clinical services, including its physiotherapy offering, which provides access to Chartered Physiotherapists in under 48 hours.
This compares with average NHS waiting times of around 15 weeks and is intended to help reduce the risk of acute conditions developing into long-term health issues.
Arianne Riddell, chief client officer at Personal Group, said: “DocHQ shares our passion for improving employee wellbeing and widening access to support that genuinely makes a difference.
“Our partnership is rooted in a shared belief that better health outcomes start with removing barriers and empowering people to take control of their wellbeing. We’re excited about what we can achieve together.”
Amit Arora, chief commercial officer at DocHQ, added: “Personal Group has a strong reputation for putting employees first, and our organisations are closely aligned in how we approach workplace wellbeing.
“By combining our strengths, we can help employers build healthier, happier workforces reducing musculoskeletal risks.”
