A2Dominion appoints director of people strategy & culture

Housing association A2Dominion has appointed Grace Marguerie (pictured) as director of people strategy & culture, starting in March 2026. 

Marguerie brings over 25 years’ experience in senior HR and organisational development roles across commercial, charity and public sectors. 

She joins from WithYou, where she led the people, inclusion and organisational development function. 

Her previous roles include senior positions at NICE, Places for People Group, Cambian Group and CIC, where she delivered programmes in culture change, leadership development and employee engagement. 

She has overseen organisational redesigns, transformation programmes and M&A integrations, and holds multiple CIPD qualifications plus advanced training in employment law, psychometrics and coaching.

Marguerie said: “I’m delighted to be joining A2Dominion in March this year. I look forward to working with colleagues to strengthen our people agenda, build an inclusive culture and ensure we continue to deliver the best possible outcomes for our staff, volunteers and the communities we serve.”

A2Dominion also appointed Mark Moore as chief property officer, joining in January 2026.
