Circles UK launches Hospitality Operating System to improve service and employee experience

Circles UK, a Sodexo company, has launched its Hospitality Operating System (HOS) to support its workplace hospitality teams and improve how employees and guests are looked after at client sites.

HOS is now running at pilot locations and will be rolled out to more sites. 

It is available on tablets, phones and desktops, giving on-site teams real-time data to manage service delivery and understand how employees use the workplace. 

It supports tasks from greeting guests to completing workflow checklists. 

Early pilots found smoother service, faster issue resolution and better interactions for both employees and guests.

The system is designed to fit each client’s way of working. 

Its modules are configurable, so Circles teams can collect useful data, work in line with each site’s procedures, and provide consistent service everywhere. 

Training built into the system meant new team members could be brought up to speed quickly and start supporting clients from day one.

HOS also gives clients data on how hospitality impacts their workplaces. 

By capturing real-time usage data and employee engagement patterns, the system showed how people interact with services, space and community programmes. 

These insights gave clients a clear view of where support was needed and how hospitality affected the overall employee experience.
