Toyota retains top spot in Automotive Category of Best Companies Survey 2025

The company held onto its three-star ‘world class’ status and moved up 15 places to 13th in the Best Large Companies to work for.

Toyota (GB) kept its top spot in the Automotive Category of the Best Companies 2025 survey for the fourth year. 

The company held onto its three-star ‘world class’ status and moved up 15 places to 13th in the Best Large Companies to work for. 

Toyota, based in Burgh Heath, Epsom, also rose seven places to 10th in the Best Companies to Work for in the South East.

Richard Balshaw, director of strategy, business transformation and people at Toyota GB, said: “This is the 11th consecutive year that we have been ranked in the Best Companies Top 100 list and I’d like to thank all our team members for their help in securing the improvements in our ranking across several different categories. 

“The spirit of kaizen – continuous improvement – is central to the Toyota philosophy and way of doing business, so it’s fantastic to see this manifested in our improved rankings as a great company to work for.”
