Barnett Waddingham has signed a three-year contract to provide its employee benefits platform 4me to Encirc, a glass manufacturing company.
The move means Encirc staff can now manage their benefits online at any time, replacing manual, paper-based processes with a digital system.
Barnett Waddingham secured the deal after a competitive tender for flexible benefits technology led by David Collington, partner and head of benefits consulting, supported by Kirsten Watts, business development consultant, Rabya Hasan, senior implementation – platform delivery, Scott Farquharson, client relationship manager, and Eammon Ash, project manager.
Collington said: “We were delighted to secure Encirc as a client for our 4me platform.
“We are closely aligned in our passion when it comes to employee engagement and sustainability, making this a natural partnership.”
“Encirc are already reaping the rewards of using our platform, which sees them directly involving employees in their sustainability journey and actively promoting sustainable choices, and we congratulate them on their award win.”
Stuart Jensen, head of analytics & reward at Encirc, said, “The 4me platform has transformed how we deliver benefits to our employees across our sites.
“What previously required significant manual administration is now streamlined and accessible to our workforce 24/7.
“This digital transformation not only improves efficiency but enhances our employees’ experience, allowing them to take control of their benefits while supporting our broader sustainability goals.”
