Civica has formed a strategic partnership with Talos360 to deliver an all-in-one system for recruitment, onboarding and HR management.

The new platform brings together Civica’s People Hub software and Talos360’s applicant tracking system (ATS), aiming to make it easier for organisations to attract, hire, onboard and retain staff.

The combined system is designed to speed up hiring and improve the experience for job candidates and employees.

It offers features to help teams with diversity, building talent pipelines and responding to workforce needs.

The integration also links hiring, onboarding, HR and payroll systems to cut down on duplication and admin, with a focus on helping HR teams manage their work more efficiently.

The solution was developed with local authorities, education and public sector organisations in mind.

Stewart Mcluskey, executive director – education and people & workforce management at Civica, said: “This partnership brings together two industry leaders to deliver a solution that’s more than just technology. It’s about achieving outcomes that matter.

“By combining the strengths of Civica’s trusted HR and payroll software with Talos360’s autonomous hiring platform, we’re giving organisations the tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive talent landscape.”

Janette Martin, CEO at Talos360, said: “Our shared vision is to help organisations create hiring and HR processes that are efficient, candidate-focused and future-ready.

“Together, we’re enabling organisations to attract, hire and onboard top talent faster and smarter – with the use of intelligent automation at every step.”
