Owens joins the Newcastle firm in the new role, which is part of the wider practice management team.
In her new role, she will lead on recruitment, people strategy, talent development, wellbeing and culture.

Owens said: “I’m excited to be joining as head of culture and people in this new role that underlines the firm’s commitment to putting its people first.
“I can’t wait to build on the strong foundations already in place and to help shape a people journey that supports colleagues to feel valued, supported and able to do their best work.
“I’m really looking forward to working alongside such a talented team and contributing to the firm’s future.”
